Hara Diagnosis

Hara is the root, the core of our being. To stay healthy we have to cultivate the Hara to maintain our self-healing power. Eastern cultures believe that the vital center of our body is located in the abdomen area, which the Japanese call Hara. There lies the source of strength, the root of our vitality and our health. In Western terms, our abdomen contains most of our vital organs. In this area we digest our food and receive energy for all our bodily functions.

This workshop will introduce and demonstrate simple Hara techniques, depth of diagnosis, exercises and meditations. Practiced on a daily basis, these will strengthen your internal organs and deepen your sense of inner balance and harmony.

NOTE: Tuition is $55 if registered by February 15, 2012.
